Aluminum tees, seamless & cold formed

Due to their low weight and temperature range of -196°C to +50°C, the seamless aluminum Tee-pieces are suitable for use in plant and apparatus engineering, especially in tanker construction and process engineering, sim. to DIN 2615. The tees are cold-formed and the end edges are unmachined.

Aluminum tees, seamless cold formed & then heat treated (DIN 2615)

In the JHK portfolio you will find seamless Tee-pieces made of aluminum sim. to DIN 2615. These are cold-formed with subsequent heat treatment acc. to AD data Plates HP-7/4 with welding bevel. The tees are suitable for shipbuilding, plant and equipment construction, especially in the field of process engineering. The tees have a low dead weight and very good seawater resistance. The temperature application range is -270°C to +80°C.

Aluminum tees, seamless, cold formed & then heat treated (ASTM B361)

We offer seamless aluminum tees acc. to ASTM B361. These are cold formed with subsequent heat treatment acc. to AD-Merkblatt HP-7/4 with welding bevel. The tees are suitable for shipbuilding, plant and apparatus engineering, especially for process engineering. With a low dead weight and very good seawater resistance, the temperature application range is -270'C to +80°C.

Copper tees, seamless

The Tee-pieces made of copper sim. to DIN 2615 from Jakob Hülsen are suitable for processing as welded parts in sanitary and heating systems, in buildings and ships. The tees are cold formed and the front edges are unmachined. They have high corrosion resistance and a temperature application range from -270°C to +250°C.
